Fundamentos del diseño is the Spanish edition of Robert Gillam Scott's Design Fundamentals, a mid-century design textbook covering color, pattern, movement, depth and dimension through exercises and extensive visual examples.
Fundamentos del diseño is the Spanish edition, published in Buenos Aires by Victor Leru S.R.L. in 1982, of Robert Gillam Scott's Design Fundamentals, first published in English by McGraw-Hill in New York in 1951. The book is a design textbook covering fundamentals such as color, pattern, movement, depth and dimension, built around exercises and extensive black and white and color illustrations of artworks. It is considered a mid-century classic of design education, intended to help students learn the basic elements and principles that underpin visual design practice.
