Free. Thirty minutes.

The fundamentals, worked on a project of your own. Where it was really decided, how to tell which kind of problem you are holding, what time does to the work, and what to do when two good arguments meet. The groundwork is the same in every field, and these thirty minutes are free and complete in themselves.

What you will be able to do:

  • Point to the week your last project was actually decided, and it will not be the week you think.
  • Tell the difference between a problem that holds still and one that moves, and know which you are in.
  • Settle a disagreement between two reasonable positions on grounds you can say out loud.

The levels, in plain words

Four of them. Each one is worked on something real of yours, and each one ends in something you can use.

The free thirty minutes.

The fundamentals, open to anyone and complete in themselves. You spend them on a project you are doing now or have just finished. You come out able to see where the project was decided and what kind of problem you are holding.

The methodology.

Six weeks on one live project of yours, the kind that holds still long enough to be worked on. You take it through every question the work has to answer, and each one ends in a decision and a strategy rather than a note. The sustainable strategies and methods of your field are taught and applied as you go, and you decide with us which of them this project needs. You finish with a written analysis of your own project that you can put in front of a client, and an hour with Dr. Raineri to test it.

The Framework.

For the work that will not sit still: the project that changes while you are doing it, where every answer moves the question. You carry one of your own the whole way, moving between the immediate decision and the system it sits in. You finish with a standing analysis of the project and two hours with Dr. Raineri.
