  • Do I need a Membership plan to access The Symbiotic Design Academy?
    All users regardless of whether or not you have an account or a membership plan can visit the Symbiotic Design Academy SDA. There are some SDA features only available with a Membership plan, such as: Free courses. Webinars. Networking Group. Others
  • Is the Mobile Apps only for paid memberships.
    No, anyone can download the App's in the corresponding stores (Apple & Android). The extend of the usage and content they can acces will be determined by the plan the use: visitor, logged in or paid member.
  • Are the Apps and site synchronised?
    Yes they are. Every time you log in and interact with the platforms, changes you made, post comments, courses advances will be available across all of them.
  • Is my data safe here?
    Yes! We are using Wix as our web platform and they are using state of the art security measures.
  • How can I cancel my memberships and/or course?
    Depending on what you have enrolled in, there is a 14 or 30 day money back guaranty. Please reffer to the information in your plan. If you decide to cancel during or after that period, please send us a request to either refund you or stop the future payments. If you are in membership plan, be aware if the guaranty period has passed and you have been charged the cancellation will be for the next billing period. If you enrolled into a course and the guaranty is over, no refund will be granted.
  • What are the Term and Condition of the Academy?
