This is a Spanish-language introduction to Design Thinking based on the Stanford d.school's 'Bootcamp Bootleg' guide, walking through the empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test method and offering practical tools for each stage.
This short guide, attributed to Hasso Plattner, co-founder of the Stanford d.school, introduces the Design Thinking method through what is widely known as the 'Bootcamp Bootleg' deck, a compact reference produced by the d.school. It sets out five modes of the design thinking process, empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test, and pairs each mode with practical tools and techniques for teams to use, such as methods for observing and engaging users to understand their experience, techniques for generative brainstorming, and guidance on framing effective questions to drive ideation. It stresses building genuine understanding of user needs through observation, direct engagement and interviews, and encourages designers to approach problems with a beginner's mindset in order to avoid preconceptions. The Bootcamp Bootleg exists in several editions produced by different d.school teams over the years and has been freely distributed as a PDF. Credits: Plattner, H. (2009).
