European Climate Pact Ambassadors: call for applications 2026

Pact Ambassadors lead the way in their own communities: they organise and attend activities, help others understand climate change and represent the Pact. The page lists what the role offers: events, exchanges and training with others in the Pact community, local or cross-border projects on climate action, and recognition at local, national and EU level. Apply by 31 October 2026, following the guidelines on the Become a Pact Ambassador page. Applications are assessed on a rolling basis, so early applications are welcome. Review takes place in November and December, and those selected are told in early 2027. Those not selected can join as a Friend of the Pact, a more informal role. Source: European Climate Pact
