AI Agents Map the System. People Move It.

We have never had better tools for seeing a system whole. Maps, dashboards and AI agents can hold every displaced cost, every ecological consequence and every hidden dependency at once. And yet the changes that matter most in an organization rarely come from a map. They come from a room where people finally say what everyone knew and nobody had named.

At the EHV Innovation Café in Kazerne Eindhoven, Dr. Gonzalo Raineri and Charlotte Grün took up the same question from opposite ends: what do we need to see to know what to move?

Charlotte Grün (Studio-OOK) is a social designer. She created De Transparante Ruimte, a physical and methodological space where organizations bring up the knowledge they already hold but cannot yet see: tensions, ambitions, and what lives in people without ever reaching a strategy.

Dr. Raineri traces the hidden costs of design decisions at the scale of whole systems, and now works with AI agents that hold the entire system at once. What AI can calculate, it can make visible, and what is visible can be changed.

One begins with the room, the other with the system. Both ask what still stands in the way of change when the maps are better than ever.
