Due to the nature of what a workshop means, the learning process is based on theory, observation, research, conceptualization and experience from which the creative process is carried out. Among its characteristics is the active methodology associated with learning by doing, which implicitly involves a process of reflection, debate of ideas and action; The experience is significant as participants reflect on their observations and that of their peers, identifying the strengths and weaknesses, successes and failures of what was achieved, to make design decisions from them.

A design workshop as we understand it here at the Academy, requires collaborative work from both the members, in accordance with the theoretical contents in order to understand in a project all the possible solutions from the use of the Symbiotic Design Framework. And thus be able to make decisions based on facts and not on assumptions. Our workshops mainly teach how to ask the right questions to those wicked problems.
