The IZOLYATSIA Foundation (Ukraine) and Malý Berlín (Slovakia), with Trans Europe Halles (Sweden), announce the second and last call of ZMINA:Resilience for co-creation funding. Projects must involve at least one Ukrainian partner and one partner from another Creative Europe participating country, with roles of comparable weight, and must include a public presentation in the locality of every partner. All cultural and creative sectors are eligible except the audio-visual sector. Applicants are organisations active in arts and culture; individual artists take part through an eligible organisation.
The call has EUR 187,500 in total and expects to support 7 to 10 projects with up to EUR 25,000 each, covering up to 90 percent of project costs; co-financing of at least 10 percent is mandatory. Projects run for up to seven months between February and August 2027. Applications are submitted in English on the IZOLYATSIA online platform by 4 December 2026 at 23:59 Kyiv time, with results announced in January 2027. Online information sessions are held on 27 October 2026 in Ukrainian and on 3 November 2026 in English. The call is co-funded by the European Union and by the New Democracy Fund and the Danish Cultural Institute.
