Revista Planeo
A publication on urban and regional topics by the Instituto de Estudios Urbanos y Territoriales (IEUT) of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, published since December 2011 in four thematic issues a year. It has two parts: PLANEO Hoy, for opinion and current affairs, such as columns, reviews and visual essays, and PLANEO Academia, for academic articles. The institute presents it as a publication for discussion, separate from its scientific journal, Revista EURE.
PLANEO is a publishing platform on urban and regional topics, for Chile and the world, and it has international contributors who make it possible to broaden its audience and reach a global scale. With 4 thematic issues a year, Revista PLANEO is conceived as a collaborative publishing space that seeks to broaden the view of urban and territorial studies to different realities and to current territorial circumstances. Revista PLANEO is developed by the academic community of the Instituto de Estudios Urbanos y Territoriales (IEUT) of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. It was born in December 2011 with the aim of becoming a space for discussion that places urban and regional topics on the agenda of the national and regional debate, recognising itself as a vehicle for the study and promotion of urban and territorial planning, and of current issues related to the various socio-territorial dynamics of our cities.
