An international journal of urban and territorial studies, founded in 1999 and published by the Department of Urbanism at the Universidad de Chile twice a year, in June and December, in digital form. It publishes original articles on urbanism, urban design and territorial planning, from scientific, theoretical, technical and practical perspectives. It is free to read, uses double-blind peer review and accepts articles in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
REVISTA DE URBANISMO is an international scientific journal specialising in urban and territorial studies, published by the Departamento de Urbanismo of the Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo of the Universidad de Chile. Created in 1999, the journal aims to publish high-quality original articles on urbanism, urban design and territorial planning, from both a scientific and theoretical perspective and a technical and practical one. REVISTA DE URBANISMO is a publication with international coverage, aimed at the global academic community and at professionals in the discipline of urbanism in the public and private sectors and civil society. The journal stands out for providing an interdisciplinary and international platform for disseminating academic and applied research that contributes new knowledge on the many problems of territory, in both urban and regional settings. REVISTA DE URBANISMO is published every six months, in June and December, in digital format, and accepts articles in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
