REIA: Revista Europea de Investigación en Arquitectura

REIA (Revista Europea de Arquitectura) is a peer-reviewed academic journal devoted to the critical study of architecture in its theoretical, technical, political and cultural dimensions. Indexed in the Avery Index to Architectural Periodicals, in Latindex and in Dialnet, it offers an international platform for the publication of original research, speculative projects and interdisciplinary approaches that address the built environment in its broadest sense. The journal REIA operates through a flexible editorial model based on concurrent calls for papers. Alongside each rotating thematic call (focused on emerging issues such as artificial intelligence, tropical architecture or material ecologies), a permanent open call is maintained, which receives high-quality work on any subject relevant to contemporary architectural thought. A third line is dedicated to pedagogical contributions, which highlight the role of teaching, study and projectual research in the construction of architectural discourse. Following the publication of issue 25 in December 2024, REIA has begun a new stage of editorial rigour, international visibility and technological modernisation.
