RChD: creación y pensamiento

RChD: Creación y Pensamiento is a non-profit periodical journal published twice a year, edited by the Departamento de Diseño of the Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo of the Universidad de Chile. It was created in 2006 under the name "Revista Chilena de Diseño - RChD" and in 2016 it was renamed RChD: Creación y Pensamiento. The journal promotes and contributes to research, creation, critical thinking and reflection, linking transdisciplinary knowledge around Design, whose territorial and spatial scope is multiscalar, focused on social commitment, public responsibility and culture. RChD: Creación y Pensamiento is published in open access regularly in the months of June and November each year. The journal has an international Scientific Committee that collaborates in defining its contents and in supporting their strategy and quality. It receives articles written in Spanish, English and Portuguese. It includes authors and reviewers with diverse specialities and backgrounds. Published articles undergo a double-blind peer review process. The Editorial Team oversees the editorial and ethical supervision of the publication. Each article has a DOI code, which allows its preservation and later retrieval.
