IN_BO. Ricerche e progetti per il territorio, la città e l'architettura
A digital, open access journal of the Department of Architecture of the Università di Bologna, published once a year. It publishes research in architecture, urban planning and engineering, centred on past and present forms of architecture and the city, and accepts submissions through themed calls and a call that stays open all year. It charges no fees, uses double-blind peer review and accepts articles in Italian and English.
in_bo is a digital, open-access journal that publishes research contributions in the various disciplines concerning architecture, urban planning and engineering. It publishes content in Italian and in English, selected through a double-blind peer-review process. Since 2016 it has been included in the ANVUR list of class A journals for the purposes of the Abilitazione Scientifica Nazionale (disciplinary sectors 08/D1, 08/E2, 08/F1). The main research focus of in_bo is the investigation of past and present forms of architecture and the city. The editorial team is interested in receiving proposals on the following themes: the teaching of architecture, design theory, the relationship between the sacred and built space, the history and transformations of architecture, the city and the landscape, with no chronological or geographical limits.
