Disegnare. Idee Immagini

Disegnare. Idee Immagini was published for the first time in October 1989. It is a Sapienza Rome University fully peer-reviewed magazine, produced by the Department of History, Representation and Restoration of Architecture responsible for its scientific contents and publication. It is a biannual, fully peer-reviewed, open access journal focusing on a specialist sector. By adopting a scientific approach it intends to not only spread the culture of architectural and environmental drawing, but also provide in-depth data about the history of representation, visual perception and communication, geometry, digital modelling and architectural survey. Members of the Scientific Committee include some of the most important international teachers in this field as well as experts from sister disciplines; the Editorial Committee is made up of international expert researchers. Both committees have turned Disegnare. Idee, Immagini into an important reference publication in its disciplinary field.
