ARQ
An architecture journal published three times a year since 1980 by Ediciones ARQ, at the School of Architecture of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. It publishes research articles, critical reflection, and built works and projects in architecture, landscape architecture and urban design, in Spanish and English. It is open access, charges authors nothing to publish and uses double-blind peer review.
ARQ is a bilingual publication issued every four months, with a solid reputation based on its emphasis on reflection, research and the critical dissemination of contemporary production in architecture, landscape architecture and urban design. Founded in 1980 and published continuously since then, ARQ is one of the most prestigious architecture publications in Latin America. The journal's main objective is to foster culture and the advancement of knowledge in architecture, landscape architecture and the contemporary city. We are interested in promoting emerging and established voices in research and design, providing an international platform for ideas and debates. The journal is aimed at architects, students, teachers, researchers and the general public whose interest is linked to reflection on architectural production and the city.
