a+u: Architecture and Urbanism

A monthly architecture magazine from Japan, published in Japanese and English since January 1971 by Shinkenchiku-sha Co., Ltd. with A+U Publishing Co., Ltd. It publishes in-depth reports on architects and firms from different countries, and essays by architects, critics and historians. It is a commercial magazine, not a peer-reviewed academic journal; texts are sent in English, between 300 and 1,500 words, through a form on its website.
