We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our refund policy complies with Dutch and EU consumer laws.

1. Digital Courses

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed beyond the refund threshold and have not downloaded the completion certificate. Starting the course means you waive your right to cancel under EU law.

2. Digital Downloads

No refunds once access is granted.

3. Live Events

Full refund if cancelled 5+ days before the event. No refunds within 5 days of the event.

4. Physical Goods

Refunds/returns allowed within 14 days of delivery, per Dutch/EU law. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Refund includes the item price but not return shipping (unless defective).

5. Group Discounts

If a group member leaves, only that person will be refunded (per applicable rules). Group prices are not recalculated for others.
